I’ve been to Tanzania with my parents this year. We first wanted to go to Kenia but with all the dissorder there we desided to choose a safer country. After 4 weeks I was a little homesick but I did see about every living creature that Afrika offers you.

I’ve been on 3 different safari’s in 5 different national parks. You might think that after the second safari it get’s a little old but all of the parks are so different. And with different parks it is easier to spot the big 5:

1. elephant

2. giraff

3. lion

4. cheetah

5. rhinoceros

To be honest, I only saw the last one from a great great distance but I was very pleased to spot a Cheetah. He practically walked next to the jeep.

After all the safari’s we went to the beach in Tanga for a week, which was quite relaxing. They have beautiful beaches where you can schnorkel and collect shells. Although Afrika isn’t really good for wild partying, it really is the place to be.
